The apartment is in the very heart of everything there is to see and do in Xlendi Bay. There are several restaurants and bars underneath the apartment (but NO noise at night from them) and many more across the road. 'The view from the balcony was lovely although sometimes very noisy as it is on the main road and there are a lot of buses going past. The plumbing was very poor with the sink in the bathroom not working properly and the hot water tap not working over the sink in the kitchen. '
