Soak in the breathtaking views while soaking your cares away in the private hot tub or simply kick back on the covered porch and sip your favorite beverage while the quiet splendor of your surroundings. This tiny home-style cabin is all-new, providing you with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A mighty mid-size kitchen is equipped for at-home meal planning or on-the-go snacking. Free WiFi and a smart TV are included for added modern convenience. A powerful mini-split air-conditioner provides year-round comfort.

    Things To Do:
    -Be sure to take advantage of the new Hatley Pointe Ski Resort (15 miles north) that just opened after major renovations.
    -Explore Mars Hill University (4 miles west) and stop into the quaint small town coffee shop, grab a meal at a restaurant, enjoy a movie or beverage at Mars Theatre Brewing Company or bring your discs and try out the disc golf course on campus.
    -Take a hike at one of the numerous hiking areas around WNC like Bailey Mountain Preserve (5 miles north west)
    -Stop by and check out Weaverville (10 miles south) and the art galleries, stores and shops on your way into Asheville.
    -Asheville has many places to enjoy and explore and is only 20 miles south.

    This property can be rented together with Sunrise Cabin as Cabin on Loye & Sunrise Cabin.

    Things to Know
    -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
    -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
    -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
    -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    -
    -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.




    Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great stay with a beautiful view

This cabin was the perfect stay for myself and some friends who were in town for a soccer tournament. The views from the deck were incredible and I definitely recommend waking up to watch the sunrise over the mountains. It was truly magical and we loved that the cows were so close! If I come back to the area I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Relax, Restore, Unwind

The views of the mountains at first morning light were breathtaking!We took a two-day trip to take in the views and test our luck at ski/snowboarding at Hatley Pointe! Turns out we need lots of practice.. Upon arriving at the cabin, I didn’t want to leave! The hot tub was a refreshing reset after a long day on the slopes. The views… you just have to witness them yourself, trust me.If you are looking for a quiet, stay for you and maybe a few others (surprisingly very spacious) look no further!

Great cabin. Comfortable. Furniture in living room is ok, better for couples, I dont see it working well for a family. Only some windows had blinds/curtains, which felt like was lacking privacy. Hot tub great. Definitely study a map beforehand. Signs are hard to see! Arrive in daylight!!

The cabin was new and really cute and clean. However there are no curtains on most windows. And you are right be side a house with people driving by. They have too many breakables setting on an unstable bakers rack that will fall off if you bring small children. They wobble as you walk by. And there is no privacy for the hot tub. You just stare at them on their porch right beside you. tub they can set on th.

Just a little more info

This property was very nice and cute ! Would highly recommend for a couple , not a family . I would definitely add blinds and or curtains for more privacy- very open !! I would also add a lighted path from drive way to the house . It’s very dark and slippery. As for the hot tub I would add a privacy screen between the hot tub and the adjacent house . It does not disclose how close the neighboring house is . I would highly recommend someone taking a look in the house because we killed at least 10 wasp while we were there inside the house .

This cabin is very nice and the view is gorgeous. We were very comfortable and had a great time. However, check-in was troublesome. We arrived at 9pm after a very long drive to find other people inside our booked cabin. It's late, I'm with kids, and there are random people inside our place for the night. I called Vacasa and they seemed to have no idea how they got in... except when we knocked on the door and talked to the people they said Vacasa gave them the code to enter. There are two cabins in the property and they were at the wrong one, but what on earth is Vacasa doing giving them access to a cabin they didn't book. They have different addresses. This one was booked by me. If not for these people being very nice and packing their things up and moving to the correct cabin, I'm not sure what we would have done. What if they were asleep? Or just unwilling to move? It worked out because these people were friendly and realized their error. But Vacasa messed up big time. I paid almost 700 for two nights in a place they gave to someone else. I will add, the local agent was very nice and responded quickly. But Vacasa's general customer service line played clueless. The operator even went so far as to ask me to try to enter the other cabin. No ma'am I will not be doing that and that is not a solution to offer someone. What if there were people in that one too? Ridiculous.
