« We stayed two weeks.The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. All appliances - small and large need upgraded along with pots and pans.Three levels to the house. Main floor is the second floor and the stairway is narrow and very steep.We had luggage and had a very difficult time getting our luggage up to the main floor.Cleaning service was once a week and did not do a very good job. Due to the location of the house, balconies needed to be cleaned thoroughly and they were not.Also be aware that...

« Some positives….maid was fantastic and did our laundry every other day for additional fee. Location was great, two golf carts were fantastic. Plenty of room, kitchen was spacious and outdoor area was a highlight.Some negatives ….jacuzzi didn’t work for the first two days…tv situation was questionable at best, no screen mirror options. Communication with the concierge was not great as well. Wifi was spotty at best, and AC/Fan situation was very confusing.All in all I would go back, but this is...

« my group consisted of one senior citizen, 2 in their forties and 2 young adults...Sayulita was a good fit for everyone...and the trip was certainly enhanced by a stay at Casa Lupita...the air cons worked well and there was plenty of drinking water and the affordable golf cart available on site was great...it tied everything together...Sayulita does have hills...the garden was lush and we all enjoyed sitting outside into the night... »
