'Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit geweldige 5 sterren hotel. Vanaf dat je aankomt laten de medewerkers je thuis voelen, alles klopt aan dit hotel. De kamer (familie kamer) faciliteiten (zwembad, fitnessruimte enz) en medewerkers alles is top. Locatie is dichtbij diverse restaurants en malls. Mochten wij weer in manila komen dan zouden wij zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen. '

'The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again.'

I will definitely recommend and book again at Alpha Suites.'

'Goed hotel, meerdere malen langere periode overnacht. Kamer en badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitgebreid ontbijt. personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Taxi´s, indien nodig, voor de deur. Hotel is dicht bij Ayala Mall Shopping Center. Hotel is voor mij een aanrader. '
