'We booked a king room with a sofa bed through Expedia however, when we arrived at the hotel, our room did not have a sofa bed. They did not have any rollaway beds either. Our teenage son had to sleep in the king-size bed with us, which led to a terrible night sleep. Expedia needs to properly verify that their photographs match the description of the room and the hotel should have rollaway beds available in the event of something like this. Our stay was not great.'

'We had two days stay in this hotel. After checking in, there are some problems with toilet. We asked to change room. But it is worse. We can hear loud current noise (room 101) . We can’t fall asleep at all. The service attitude is really terrible. Never choose it again'

'Really enjoyed my stay! It was quiet and the room was very clean! The area around the hotel was also very good. It’s right in the city center and close to any of the major attractions. Also nice to have a place to store your suitcase if you’re leaving long after the check out time. '

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '
