'The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The gym is nice. Parking was convenient. Staff was very good. Breakfast was disappointing and the walls are this. Had a very noisy night with not much sleep. We didn't complain. Just hoped it would stop.'

'The room is clean, but the soundproofing is very poor—you can hear people chatting in the next room very clearly. Those who have trouble sleeping should be especially aware that the refrigerator is very loud. Since it’s a freezer model, there’s a loud gushing sound every ten or so seconds. Even if you unplug the refrigerator, the noise won’t stop immediately; it won’t stop until the freezer compartment returns to room temperature.'

' I've been coming here for about five years. The pool has been closed "for maintenance" for at least three years. Very nice front desk staff. Our toilet had a broken chain and needed to be fixed during our stay. They did it promptly. Lots of deferred maintenance at this property. I took a shower and the water was lukewarm--never got close to a hot shower, yet there weren't that many people staying at the hotel. Rooms are a bit worn but were clean.'

'Out of date and fall apart, the included breakfast is a joke. Zero amenities there were gaps so big at the top and the bottom of the door that you could look out the door with the door closed used luggage to block the gap at the bottom of the door so that nothing would crawl in when I first saw the place in person I tried to cancel the reservation. There was no refund once the reservation is paid. and the smell when we walk in front to check in is odd/bad wouldn’t stay there again'

'The staff is AMAZINGLY kind and welcoming. However, there is no breakfast so don't be fooled with Expedia portraying it as a hotel with breakfast. The do have coffee and juice around the clock. Lots in the area near by to walk to. Other guest was more of my issue than anything within the control of hotel. Fighting at 3AM was obnoxious. '

'I stayed here with two other people for a quick weekend trip. Off of first impression when walking into the room, we noticed fixtures that were damaged and the floor was not very clean. There were also some stains on a chair in the room. During our stay, each day the key card that grants access to the room would no longer work and we had to replace it three times. They also have a very strict towel/linen policy. I also had requested for no one to enter our room for the duration of our stay, but...
