Cozy log cabin with gas log fireplace, large kitchen modern appliances, central heat and air. washer/dryer. TV in living room and master bedroom. Fast internet access, You tube tv streaming included, trash, electric and water included in rent. Enjoy sitting on front porch listening to rushing water from the creek 24/7. Enjoy sitting out on the 240sq ft screened-in back porch which offers a great eating area, reading, cat naps, etc while enjoying beautiful mountain views. Site see for elk when they visit you.
Enjoy the half mile walk or bike ride next to the rushing water streams to restaurants, bars and events. Fourteen mile drive to famous Harrah's Cherokee Casino. One mile drive to Cataloochee Ski resort. Day trips to Dollywood, Gatlinburg.... 30 min drive to Asheville. MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY. Easy access not steep but level drive from Soco Road. Once you get inside, you really don't know how you are going to take it all in. It is huge! All of the motorcycles run and during our visit, the curator was starting and taking random bikes out for a spin. A must see!

Couldn't make it to Maggie Valley due to the snow storm. I understand I did not take out the insurance but I tried to work with the owner for a credit for another stay. She said no. I then tried to at least get a refund for the cleaning fee since we didn't stay there and it didn't need cleaning. Seemed fair, but she said no. Kept saying the weather reports are never as bad as they say there.They had many inches of snow there and we had 9 inches where we live so there was no way to make it. We go 4-5 times a year, wish she had been willing to work with us.

We were very pleased with this property and the owners. They were very friendly and helpful. Only problem, my husband spent two night in the local hospital due to infection that had nothing to do with our stay. He did not get a chance to enjoy our stay. We will go back again.

This cabin is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location is convenient and easily accessible with a motorcycle. The backyard mountain view is gorgeous! We even had the pleasure of meeting the owners who live catty-corner from the backyard :) They encouraged us to let them know if we had any issues during our stay (everything was perfect).

The cabin was perfect. It was located close to restaurants, Wheels Through Time museum, Cherokee Reservation and shopping. It was clean, well equiped with beautiful views. The only issue I had was the stairs. They weren't listed and I didn't ask. But I was able to manuver through. Linda is a perfect host.

Mountain View from the Valley

Our favorite thing about the cabin was the spacious lawn with open views. We enjoyed the screened in porch by day and evenings by the fire pit. With a short drive to Soco Rd, it was convenient to everything.

Excellent Experience

We had a lovely time at this home. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen had all we needed, it’s incredibly clean and comfortable, and the view is amazing. We even got lucky enough to use the provided sleds on the snow. Communication with the host was great as well. We hope to stay again for our ski trip next year.

Great Get Away!

The cabin was located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful Mountain View’s. You could hear the rushing stream close by. The cabin had everything you would need to cook. There is carpet in the bedrooms, soft and clean! I will not hesitate to rent again!

Amazing Cabin with a View!

This cabin has everything and more! From booking it all the way through to us departing it was a smooth process. Mrs. Linda has thought of everything you could possibly need or want which is so nice for the cabin. The views are amazing and the cleanest home I’ve stayed in which I’m picky. The cabin is perfect for a family or couple get away and we will be sure to come back very soon! Don’t miss out on this treasure!
