'It was a wonderful stay. The staff are all very kind and wonderful. If I come to Cebu again I will stay here. However, there was so much noise outside the building that I couldn't sleep, even after midnight. That was the only thing that was disappointing.'

'最高のホテル！プールもビーチも部屋も綺麗！芝生にはバドミントンやチェスがあります。ジムもスパもあって一日中楽しめます。朝食のビュッフェはフィリピン料理はもちろん、日本食、韓国のご飯もあり、全部美味しかったです。ただ、ホテル内のレストランでのランチ、ディナーはお値段が高いので注意です。セブ島に行く方は絶対このホテルに！！'

'A beautiful stay. We had flights canceled and had to find accommodation, we were so happy to have stayed here the staff made everything so easy and relaxing for us. Melch, Hennessy, and Bj in particular, nothing was a problem. The managers were checking in throughout our stay to make sure all was ok. The facilities are great, it’s clean and the food is very good definitely do the breakfast here. '

'ホテルの景観が素晴らしいです！スパにいるような居心地の良い音楽がロビーに流れていて、プールにビーチ、手入れされた庭、どこの空間にいても居心地が良く癒されます。スタッフのホスピタリティーも素晴らしく、慌ただしさもなく常にゆったりとしていて目が合うと必ず笑顔で胸に手を当てて挨拶をしてくれるし、とても親切です。とにかく癒されます。ホテルに居るだけで癒されて、どこにも行かずにずっとホテルで過ごしたくなります。このホテルに泊まるために、またセブ島に行きたいと思いました。スタッフの皆さんに感謝してます。'

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'
