Upper level is NEVER occupied when this home is rented. Guests will have complete privacy and exclusive access to the property and boat house deck area (not lifts). The large primary bedroom features a four poster - king bed as well as a sitting area, desk/vanity, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The secondary bedrooms feature queen beds. The fourth room doubles as the theater room and has a Smart 85-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa and additional seating. The well-appointed kitchen is bright, open and airy.
