Our second visit
This was our second visit here. The room and location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance of everything in the old part of town. They have a parking agreement with a garage that costs 15 euros per nite. It was about 500 meters from the hotel which was a bit far.

Propre, confortable et en hypercentre
Le stationnement dans la ville est très cher mais on y gagne avec le prix par nuit de cet appart hôtel

Thank you very much for your nice review! Parking is indeed expensive in the heart of the center, there are cheaper options at 10 minutes walk. The price per night varies a lot, but in the week days you can have really good deals! Kind regards, Team Urban

Appartement très design
Appartement ultra design et lumineux, très confortable, très calme et d'une propreté irréprochable. Très bon accueil, très bien situé, près d'un parking public et du centre. Parfait.

The property location, size and functional space was terrific. However, when we arrived, the weather was cool (1 to 9 C) each day, and the apartment heating system was off (and had been for awhile). You cannot control the heating systems without contacting reception to have someone set it. As the reception hours are limited, we were freezing until someone came with a small space heater at 10pm with a promise that someone would adjust the heating next day. We were shivering cold. I had to go to reception the next day and ask again. Maintenance came by and turned it on. Then by the evening with the floor heating on, the apartment temperature starting to go over 30C, super hot - could not sleep due to it being so hot. The next day I stopped by reception to ask to have someone adjust it down. The maintenance person came by, and tried to adjust, but while working on it, said it is now failed to full on and will need new parts. So it will get hotter. He showed me how to remove and put back on the controller on the valves to “manually” try to adjust. I removed the controller as shown to turn off, that evening and went to bed. That did not shut off the system and that night was even hotter with all the windows open (note: the exit door was below the bedroom window and people went there to smoke and it would fill the bedroom up with smoke as we were trying to sleep). The next day, I shut in other valves to the floor heat and that corrected the temperatures myself.

スタッフに連絡出来ない
チェックイン前にスーツケースを預けたかったがスタッフ不在の為叶わず。 チェックイン対応スタッフは笑顔がなく、フレンドリーでもなかった。 スタッフ不在の時間がほとんどのため、トイレットペーパーの補充すら困難であった。 2泊したが食洗機の洗剤が一つのみ。 1日目はとても暖かい客室だったが2日目は寒かった。（外の気温は同じ） 客室で暖房コントロールできないので寒かった

Accommodatie was niet goed schoon. Oven werkte niet maar na het melden hiervan werd dit opgelost. Ligging is perfect, midden in de stad en toch rustig. Bed en douche zijn top.

Great location and suite perfect for long stay!
We loved the suites and the hotel location was the best,close to every thing and walking distance to bus stops,just to note there is no elevator,if you have a large luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs,otherwise perfect for long stay in Maastricht,we stayed there for a week and we loved it!

Leuk appartementen complex. Super mooi ingericht en van goede kwaliteit, echter verbeter punt is de kwaliteit van de bedtopper. Deze is slecht en van een te dunne kwaliteit. Hierdoor heb je niet het comfort van een twee peroonsbed. Door de te dunne kwaliteit krijg je een split in het midden van het ned en krullen de uiteinden omhoog waardoor slaap comfort niet goed is.

Skønt lejlighedshotel i hjertet af Maastricht
Urban Residences Maastricht er et velfungerende og utrolig centralt beliggende lejlighedshotel i hjertet af Maastricht. Lejlighederne er veludstyrede til de, som gerne vil klare opholdet på egen hånd, og måske spise et måltid eller 2 “hjemme”. Her er rent og pænt men måske med lidt manglende hygge og sjæl. Personalet er utrolig hjælpsomt og venligt. Det har været en dejlig oplevelse at bo her

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Apartament czysty, zadbany. Bardzo dobrze usytułowany - blisko rynku. Miejsca parkingowe w pobliżu płatne, ale za rozsądną cenę. Polecam.

Super appartement met een heerlijk bed en lekkere douche. Locatie kan niet beter, midden in het centrum 5 meter on de hoek bij het vrijthof. Ik ga zeker terug.

Dear Hussein, we thank you for your review! If we knew you didn't find in the information that in all apartments at least 1 window opens, we would have mentioned it to you in the days you stayed with us. There was a big stick behind the sofa that serves as a tool to open the high windows ;-) The personal ventilation systems does also provide fresh filtered air in your apartment. Kind regards
