Leaving a simple trash bag is not penalised, but leaving the kitchen full of dirty dishes and trash bags can be. It is mentioned in our cleaning policies on the kitchen counter of your apartment.Kind Regards

Dear Alexandros,Please note this was no fire alarm test exercise, there was an actual risk of fire that needs to be taken seriously. In this case our staff needs to check the source of the risk before being able to turn off the alarm for obvious security reasons. Please note that for this reason the detectors must not be tampered with as you did under any circumstances.The next day 2 employees indeed knocked on your door to ask to fix a piece of furniture as our worker was only available at that time to intervene. No one entered the bathroom, there was no silicone involved. We apologize for this 2 minute inconvenience, it is unfortunate but it may happen that the staff needs to intervene in apartments to fix or check if necessary. As for the cleaning, Please note we are an aparthotel therefore the apartments are always cleaned before and after your arrival, or weekly for stays over 7 nights.

Dear Rakesh,Please note that all our bathrooms are equipped with hand wash. There are also ventilation outlets in both the toilet and bathroom working 24/7 as in the rest of the apartment. We are sorry that during your stay the reception was unable to meet your request as they were sold out of the requested product during this busy weekend.More generally the reception is always at the disposition of the guests whenever possible and depending on the availability of our extras. We do have a reception open 7/7 from 9AM to 6PM to assist our guests, along with a telephone assistance in case of emergencies available 24/7. But because you only stayed one night and arrived late, you did not have the opportunity to meet them in person. We hope next time :)

Dear Maria,Your disappointment maybe generated from the expectation of booking a regular hotel room, but we clearly advertise that our establishment is an Aparthotel, with a slightly different business model. Because 86 apartments with kitchens take longer to clean than regular hotel rooms, we have no other choice than to ask for the check-out at 10AM in order to have it ready for 3PM. Asking for a later check-out require us to take other dispositions hence the extra cost, for the extra service.

Dear Eduardo, please note that we do now provide coffee capsules, tea and sugar to help you out at your arrival.
