Ideally located less than 20 minutes from Faro airport and 10 minutes from the magnificent sandy beaches, we are happy to offer our holidaymakers since 2023, after a complete renovation of the outbuilding juxtaposing the villa, this superb extended villa of 330m² and which has an accommodation capacity of up to 24 people for all your private events, family reunions or simply to party with friends.

The villa on 2 levels is composed of 7 bedrooms, including 4 private parental suites, including 1 suite, which is able to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

The quinta is entirely on one level, being composed of 3 bedrooms and more particularly, a private master suite which is able to accommodate people with reduced mobility like what the villa already offers. .

This complex (Villa + Quinta) therefore represents a very comfortable reception area inside and outside, namely:
- 10 bedrooms and 18 beds (24 beds maximum).
- 8 bathrooms.
- Air conditioning in all rooms.
- Accessibility features for people with reduced mobility (parking, entrances, 2 bedrooms and 2 equipped bathrooms).
- Wooden terrace of 100 m² equipped with a 4.8x1m table, barbecue and plancha.
- Large heated swimming pool (heating optional) for private use (6x11m, depth 2m) with a children's pool (2x2x0.55m).

Services included in the reservation:
- Bed linen: Change every 7 days.
- Towels: Change every 7 days.
- Private fenced swimming pool (child safety).
- Optional swimming pool heating (Package 300€ / week): possibility of benefiting from the heated swimming pool.
- Cot/umbrella.
- A 25th extra bed for a child/adolescent.
- Full refund up to 5 days before arrival.

All year :

Dear customers, we inform you that the villa and the most affected elements are systematically disinfected. Sheets and towels are washed at high temperature (70° minimum).
The villa is aired for several hours between each rental.
