  • Los Suenos resort is, as many know, a very exclusive Golf course and Marina situated on the Pacific Ocean in a protected cove called Herradura Bay. The entire resort has 6 restaurants, Four-Star Marriott Hotel, exclusive 18 hole golf course, casino and a full Marina village includes high-end shopping and art galleries surrounded by impeccable grounds.
    The attention to detail on the grounds here is unsurpassed. Multiple pools and hot tubs with gorgeous cobblestone roads connecting the properties adds to its charm.
    It is about 5 min from the town of Jaco. Jaco is a Costa Rican destination with endless activities for all ages. The Town is known for its excellent surfing, plentiful resturants coupled with shopping and night life.
    The striking setting and property make Los Suenos an exceptional place to stay. Check it out. Its not exactally roughing it. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Short trip

We had to cut it short and come back one night before, but we enjoyed so much the comfortable apartment. I would rent it again!!

nice condo with great views

Nice condo with a fantastic view of the grounds, golf course and ocean. There were two nice sized pools just steps away from the condo. The condo includes entry into the beach club pool which was great. It was about a ten minute walk in the hot sun which wasn’t ideal but worth it as this pool was huge and the setting was beautiful. There was plenty of parking at the beach club pool if you have a car. This pool had a full restaurant and swim up bar so we spent most of our time there. Just a few comfort upgrades would help but. The beds, sheets and pillows on the were fine but not fully up to what we expected. .overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend. The porch and the view were. The standout features.

This is beautiful three bedroom condo in the Delmar section. It is very quiet with amazing views. Most days you will have 1 of 4 pools to yourself.

Clean, neat, safe, and a blast!

We had a great time relaxing at the resort pools and playing in the ocean. Kids enjoyed every moment, and my wife and I had a chance to relax. Made some great family memories!

BEAUTIFUL WITH AN AMAZING VIEW

The condo was beautiful, and the Del Mar pool area and complex is quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony was AMAZING. We stayed with our young kids and had a blast. My two year old did not want to leave. The location is great as well as Los Suenos is beautiful and has plenty in the area for family fun.

Everything and More!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Waking every morning and watching the Scarlet McCaws fly by while drinking coffee on the balcony was awesome. The resort itself was exceptional, lots of restaurant options and plenty to do! I would recommend renting a car or golf cart, as the resort is quite large. And there is a grocery store near by so it makes getting supplies very easy. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation for our family and I would happily rent this condo again.

Beautiful property in Paradise

What an unbelievably beautiful property right in the middle of paradise. It's such an easy drive from the airport in San Jose and adjacent to great beaches, natural parks and outdoor advebtures. The resort and shops at the marina have everything you need if you just want to relax the whole time. The views of the resort and marina are particularly spectacular from the Del Mar property. Sitting on the balcony makes every meal luxurious. I was at the pool from dawn until dusk everyday. The condo is exquisitely furnished and very accommodating; a perfect retreat. I loved this place!

Beautifully appointed condo with an excellent view

We recently stayed at this wonderful condo at DelMar. We had previously stayed in the Colina residences and the Veranda units, but DelMar is by far the best - very peaceful. The condo itself was very well appointed with all of the amenities of home. We lived on the outdoor patio for breakfasts, happy hours, and to enjoy the awesome sunsets. Sunsets were the best. It comfortably accommodated our 6 adult family members with plenty of room to spare. The management company was very helpful when we had any requests or questions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place! Exactly as stated.

The management team were very helpful. They booked our tours - horseback riding, canopy tour, surfing, and waterfall climb. The condo worked perfectly for our family of six. The pools were well maintained and very close. The only thing missing at this property was extra towels. Having pool towels, separate from shower towels would have been good.

Fantastic Rental!

Words cannot begin to describe how enjoyable this vacation was for my entire family. We traveled with friends and the accommodations worked out splendidly for our family, as well as our friends. We had never been to Costa Rica before, so we had no idea what to expect when arriving at the condo. Well, let me just tell you it was fantastic. First I want to tell you about the condo. The three bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of room for unpacking all of our belongings. The views were fantastic and SO relaxing. The condo has a private balcony with a view of the pool, golf course and ocean. It was spectacular. We felt like we had our very own swimming pool as it was very spacious and right outside the unit. There was also a grill on the balcony of the unit as well as around the pool. We utilized the grill at the pool and it was so nice b/c the maintenance staff cleaned it to a shine each day! The grounds of Los Suenos were impeccable and the wildlife was amazing. I was amazed by the beauty of all of the plants and flowers and could have walked around all day observing the flowers, trees, birds, etc. On our last day we even saw a group of monkeys in the jungle around the golf course! We rented golf carts and used them day in and day out to go to dinner, drive to the beach and to the grocery store. The resort was conveniently located to the grocery store, local restaurants and adventure outings. Although you would never have to leave the resort as the dining was amazing at the restaurants at the Marina and everything was extremely family friendly. Stay in Costa Rica is located just outside the gates to the resort and helped us continually to book excursions, locate taxis and shuttles and answer overall questions about the area. In a nutshell, I was extremely sad to leave and would have returned the next day if offered the chance to do so. I would highly recommend this condo unit any time! We hope to go back very soon!

Family Vacations

I visited twice this condo with my family and I highly recommend it. Excellent location, the amenities of the condominium are ideal for a great family holiday. The condominium maintenance as well as cleaning it is ideal to bring young children. I highly recommend this condo for families or couples.

Great condo with AMAZING VIEWS!!!!!!

We had a girls trip with 6 of us and stayed here and it was a lovely decorated condo. It has 3 bedrooms and was very functional for the 6 of us. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and seeing the beautiful views. The condo had all the amenities one could want. We did rent a golf cart to get around on the grounds and very glad we did. The pool area and grounds of the Del Mar are just breath taking. The condo and complex was VERY clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Our only problem was the ice maker couldn't keep up but we were using a lot, so we just bought bags of ice.
