"Fantastic hotel with great staff. We loved staying here and were even picked as “VIP of the day”, which meant a free cocktail for both of us and a platter of fruits in the room upon arrival, just awesome. We had a really good stay and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest when in the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again, even though parking is a nightmare. Just some feedback for the hotel: please make the bathrooms a more “enclosed” part of the room including the sink."

"I think that the property was overrated. The rooms were small, bathrooms were old, even the towels were old! The beddings were and linens are limited. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The hotel boast a front beach but you can't swim in it because it's deep. The pools are not heated and you have to fight for a space to stay by the pool. The service is also mediocre. I think I was over charged for what I paid for. For some reason, my Versailles Astoria stay cost the same price as Sol Tenerife and it is nothing close to a 4 star hotel."
