Nice area, but the reason upon me booking my trip before getting “upgraded in what the host believed was a upgrade in his personal opinion to me, (everytime I have booked if someone has booked for certain dates those dates get blocked out, I was told this place was double booked lol) I had things planned and picked that specific location and had to pretty much reconstruct my whole business trip because I was allowed 3 visitors at the first stay, according to the Vrbo rules as to how many guest for that specific location. When I was switched , I was told no visitors and 1 overnight guest(whatever that means, I always thought a visitor was a guest)accommodation was more so on the host needs and not the client, I also was the only one on the vrbo list as myself, when I wanted to go back in because during booking it slipped my mind, I was told I would have to pay for each additional guest, and that left confusion. With Gas being expensive as it is here in California I had to commute two hours instead of hosting it as I had within my business plan for meeting clients, me driving from out of state things were set and stone until the upgrade the host thought was a upgrade for me and I couldn’t have my business meetings at the place. I was not accommodated in a way I have been and it was because of previous guest who have made it as such.
(Hypothetical) No telling if I would have gotten a refund fund for a double booked issue, or would to have to have and find another place last minute.
