'The staff is helpful and can be reached easily on Whatsapp. However, there is no sign of the hotel name outside the building. It is very difficult to find the hotel even though I have reached the address. My advice is to get their whatsapp contact and whatsapp the staff before you reach the hotel. The staff will then come out to meet you. Alternately, suggest to hotel.com administrative to pass your contact number to their staff. They will also contact you before hand. '

'Uitgebreide voorzieningen in het appartement zoals koffie, thee en wat fris. Maar ook een wasmachine inclusief waspoeder. Het appartement was in goede staat en schoon. Er zouden wat extra haken om handdoeken op te hangen kunnen worden gemaakt '

'Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool and bar area are amazing...we spent all of our time up there. We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. Only slight drawback was that the balcony itself was not as clean as we would have expected. '

'Die gebuchte Unterkunft ist sehr einfach gehalten, was mir aber bei dem Preis durchaus bewusst war. Es war alles sehr sauber in der Unterkunft, inklusive Pool und Terrasse. Die Küchenzeile war neu. Es gab einen Gasherd mit 4 Kochfeldern, einen Kühlschrank, ein Eisfach, eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Auch die Betten waren bequem und nicht durchgelegen oder fleckig. Wir hatten 2 Reparaturen (Toilettenspülung und Steckdose), die sofort durchgeführt wurden. Das Personal ist super...

'Charming look into the past. No AC but had beautiful mountain air blowing in through windows. It was comfortable at night. We weren’t there during the day. Beds are firm but not all amenities were in tip too shape. WiFi was weeeak. People were friendly. Community too. '
