Upon checking in we noticed there were no batteries in the smoke detector in our room. When we told the staff they said âohâ and did not come to replace them. We noticed stains everywhere including the mattress and headboards. The bathroom door hit the toilet so it was very hard to get into the bathroom and the door got stuck on the floor when trying to close it. The building smelled of mold. When we had breakfast the next day the muffins were moldy and there was hair in the eggs. We told the staff and they just put the muffins back for others to eat and ignored usâŠWe paid for four nights, months in advance so we couldnât change our bookingâŠThey also didnât have any house keeping on site and when we asked for a room refresh we were told no and to do it ourselvesâŠWe were excited about the hot tub only to find it filled with green water and caution tape everywhereâŠUpon checking out there was no one at the front counter and an employee walking by said âyou canât check out yet because theyâre on their break.â The speakers on their outdated tv were bustedâŠI canât say one good thing about this hotel. It was a nightmare
