The newly built in 2017 holiday home is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. On the ground floor of the house there is a comfortable living room with couch corner and fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. A dining table with seating for 6 people is also available. From the living room you can step onto the spacious sun terrace, which surrounds half the house. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna can also be found on the ground floor. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds) and the bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. A linen package for 10.00 € per person can be booked. The landlord will contact you to issue the Kurkarten for you. There is a deposit of € 50.00. This is to be transferred with the final payment and will be returned after checking the apartment within 7 to 14 days.
