'Great place... close to parking with no steps'

'I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. 'The view from our room was amazing! The location was convenient to everything in town and the surrounding towns! If you are driving just know that the parking offsite is about an 8 minute walk! Very easy but we hired a tuk tuk after check in to get out luggage! Very reasonable!'
