'Parking is easy. The hotel is located in a very cute and small town. Right next to the hotel flows a strong flowing river, which gives it a romantic and calming atmosphere. The views are amazing overseeing the river, mountains and a little town square. The staff is utterly helpfull, respectfull and kind. The rooms are clean and well organised. 'We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options '

'Descent hotel 4 minutes walk from the ski lift. The hotel is nice and cosy, with a good bed and a descent breakfast. There are some tiles loose here and there, but nothin hazardous. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This hotel is one of the stops of some trip for elderly people, but they are very lovely! '
