'I keep using Holiday Inn Express because I have never been disappointed with the continental breakfasts and love how bright and clean everything is.'

I had to eat something else because there wasn’t enough to go around my group. The employee working in that area was not refilling hot food. The rest of the food was very good.'

'I was initially put in a room that was next to a mechanical room for the pool, it had a very loud hum that made the experience extremely unpleasant. They did move me to a different room the next day, but the promised comped night was not reflected on the bill. I will not stay there again.'

'Authentic character is the stand out of this Inn. It feels luxurious just fron attention to detail and every staff member being kind and ready to help. Room was clean and came with coffee, a fireplace, chocolates, towels/shower basics, and even a hair dryer. Restaurants, pool, and gym all easily accessible within the building. 'The pool is not heated and also not at our hotel location. There are two separate hotels. The one we were seated at was a small drive down the road. The front desk was at a separate location. No Continental Breakfast. The walls are paper thin and the floors leaves no secrets what what happens above you. Room was cleaned, AC worked, beds were good.'
