'The hotel-the lobby, the elevators, the hallways and our room were dirty. We had to "mop" our floor with a towel and they were black when we were done. It seemed like nothing was being cleaned. Then our room was in the middle of a remodel or something because we did not have a countertop in the space outside the bathroom. There was just a hard plastic covering the hole for us to use. 'The room was great. The property was nicely kept. However, what stands out the most is the integrity and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my wedding ring in the room and the housekeeping staff found it and notified me. Honesty at its best. Then, a woman named Lisa in accounting went above and beyond to take the ring to Fed Ex and send it to our next stop on our trip. 'The property was clean and in good condition. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious; Bedroom with 2 queen beds a little tight for 3 adults. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast person left hand written positive messages on each breakfast table that brightened my day. Breakfast had good options and hot foods were prepared well. Would stay again!'
