🚗 Vehicle Access • The cabin is accessed via a well-maintained paved roads. Most vehicles (2WD) can reach the property without issue, though 4WD or AWD is recommended—and sometimes required—during snow or icy conditions. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles.

📶 Connectivity • The cabin offers high-speed WiFi suitable for streaming, remote work, and video calls. Cell service can be limited in the mountains, but once connected to WiFi, you’ll stay reliably online.

🐶 Pets • Up to two dogs are permitted per stay; please include them in your reservation so the system can apply the pet fee automatically. Additional dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an added cleaning fee. ESAs are treated as pets under the same policy, while service animals are always welcome—please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

🚼 Family-Friendly Amenities • Designed for both couples and families, Delicious Cabin comfortably accommodates small groups traveling with children. A Pack ’n Play crib and full-sized highchair are provided for your convenience.

🧯 Safety & Cleanliness • All bedding, quilts, and blankets are washed between every reservation. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout, and fire extinguishers are placed on each level. Flashlights and lanterns are also provided in case of the rare power outage.

🦌 Wildlife & Setting • Nestled in a peaceful mountain community, Delicious Cabin offers a quiet natural setting where deer, foxes, and wild turkeys often wander by. As with most homes in the mountains, small critters or insects may occasionally appear—part of the authentic mountain experience.

Noise & Music — County and community regulations prohibit outdoor music after 9 PM, regardless of volume. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times and keep outdoor noise and activity to a reasonable level.

Extra Guests — Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Unauthorized visitors or events are not allowed.

Smoking — Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Evidence of smoking (including odor) will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Fires & Prohibited Activities — Wood-burning fires are not permitted indoors. Please use the designated fireplace for outdoor fires. Fireworks, ATVs, firearms, and hunting are not allowed on the property.

Smart Home Technology — The cabin is equipped with WiFi, Ring exterior security cameras, and a Minut noise monitor for comfort and security. These devices do not record audio and may not be unplugged, covered, or tampered with. Interference with safety devices may result in cancellation of your stay.

Parking & Vehicles — Parking is limited to the designated driveway only. Please do not park on grass or block the road. Trailers or oversized vehicles require prior approval.
