'Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.'

'Everything was really nice, starting with Derrick who was working the counter, to the room, workout room was small but had what was needed, breakfast and a nice small pool. It was convenient to everything and we enjoyed our stay'

'Super great staff. Very helpful. The room was very clean, but shows wear. This is an older building. Easy parking. Very safe. Breakfast was very carb oriented. Cereal, toast, muffin, pancakes. No protein. No alternative milk product - like oat or almond milk. Great coffee. The price was right for a stopover on the way home.'

'It was okay for just spending the night. The beds were clean. Breakfast is good. It does not have an elevator so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs. It is hard to park. Our shower was dirty and towels had stains. Trash on the hall floor was there from Friday to Sunday. Road noise from I 85 is loud and we could hear people talking outside past midnight. Both ladies working the desk were kind and helpful.'

'This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!'

'Joseline was the only saving grace as she was able to proceed with my refund. Upon arrival there were several spectators outside. And the bed in the room had dirty sheets and bathroom light didn’t work. Changed rooms and walked into a dirtier room where the bed was unmade and tv was on. Seemed like it was someone else’s room. Sick. Asked for a refund but no manager was on site. Sad enough I will never come back to this location again. You get what you pay for. '

'The hotel was good and cleaned the staff very friendly. They just did not have any Wi-Fi services available at all and I needed that for my job that I was there for so I had to go somewhere to use Internet.'
