« From the time I walked in the grass was not cut. There was a lot of water on the floor in the elevator. The first room that was assigned to me had someone else in it. The second room that was assigned had hair in the sink, floor, and tub, sink stopped up, and smelled . The third room that was assigned to me was much better, but when I got in the shower there was no soap in the dispenser and the toilet stopped working. « We arrived 45 minutes after check in a the lady at the front desk was grumpy and was kinda sassy. She said we can’t go to our room because it’s not ready. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes she said we can go now. We get to our room and let’s just say it this way I don’t know why we had to wait because cleaning was not the reason. It was not freshly cleaned. She was just having a bad day and was making customers pay because of her problems. »
