'The welcome cookies tasted great. They even offered free clam chowder at 5 PM! The staff was nice and helpful. Hot tub was a great plus. Our room was on the first floor with a balcony facing the river. The room was quiet and had everything we need for our stay. Shower was hot and water pressure was good. Breakfast was good as well. The only complain was the shades in the balcony door doesn't block the light at all (see the picture attached which was taken at 7:30 AM). The curtain on...

'Room had a balcony and a view of the River. Walking distance from the beach. I arrived early, but they had a room available, so I could check in early. Very attentive lady at the front desk. Room was nice and spacious and breakfast was good. '

'This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.'

'This motel is exactly what you see, very basic, but good. Upon entering, the light scent of chlorine reassures you that everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s centrally located, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I can imagine that in the summer months, being so close to the beach, this would be a great base for an amazing vacation.'

'The beach and the shops were close by which was very convenient but our tv failed to work properly so our nights were disappointing!'

'Check in/check out was super easy. Be mindful that they will start texting you at 8:20am to remind you of check out at 11:00. The room was nice. Both my son and I slept very well. The other people staying at the hotel were pretty loud, but that's kind of expected in a hotel. Super close to the beach. Lots of parking. I would say the only thing is that the elevators take forever. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend staying here.'

'For the price, room was okay. Very small and bed not very comfy. It did the job for a place today my head. Very very small space.'

'We loved our room, exceptionally clean rooms and property, including beautiful outdoor area. Cookies and taffy upon checking was a nice touch. Beach chairs, towels, and blankets available to use at beach at no charge if available (first come, first served). Breakfast was standard hotel food, lots of options. Really nice to have a food market and beach access within a five minute walk.'

'I Absolutely Loved staying at here! The staff Greets you! They give you a tour of the place. They make everything feel so Relaxing, Safe, Secure and most of all Very Welcome! Our room was clean and made me feel like home. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The Staff is so Pleasant. I would Highly recommend staying here to my Family and Friends! When we come back to explore more of the coast we will definitely be staying here again.'

'Be prepared to not be able to check in until past 4 which is a pain when there are plans and the town closes at 5. And the staff doesn’t seem to care and it seems normal. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell which never goes away. I wish we had a better experience.'
