'What a gem this place is! So clean, quiet and lovely. Only a short walk to the beach, beautiful yard, fire pit, nicely acquainted rooms, comfortable bed. It was also great having access to the bikes and we really enjoyed riding the path by the beach. Nice breakfast. We will definitely stay again! '

'Room had a balcony and a view of the River. Walking distance from the beach. I arrived early, but they had a room available, so I could check in early. Very attentive lady at the front desk. Room was nice and spacious and breakfast was good. '

'We had a 2nd room floor. VERY clean. Appreciated & used amenities: fan, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, pod coffee maker w/regular & decaf coffee, teas & cocoa, etc., a toaster, bathrobes & black out curtains. There were also plates, bowls, cups & utensils, dish detergent, dish towel and even a drying rack under the sink. We enjoyed the ocean view & sunsets from the balcony & later warmth of the fireplace. Bed was very comfy & water pressure in the shower was fantastic! We took walks along a path...

'I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. '

'This motel is exactly what you see, very basic, but good. Upon entering, the light scent of chlorine reassures you that everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s centrally located, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I can imagine that in the summer months, being so close to the beach, this would be a great base for an amazing vacation.'

'Very nice and quiet. A close walk to the beach. I would recommend new mattresses and pillows. Both were very hard and uncomfortable '
