'I was looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing, vacation. This property did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, cozy, well stocked, and so clean. The view is incredible. Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again.'

'We are a group of 4 childhood friends (now in our 70s) who get together once a year. Seaside Bliss was perfect! The apartment was decorated nicely, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. As we were there in November, the town was very quiet and some businesses were closed for the season; but it was a short walk to the beach and there were no parking issues! We were pleased that the apartment was as described --- our stay was very enjoyable.'

'This was our first time in Colonial Beach and we really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. The house is beautiful and in a great location close to everything. The homeowner was also great to work with and we’ll definitely be back soon!'

'My family stayed here for a long weekend for our first ever visit to Colonial Beach. The house was perfect for us. It was as clean as it could be and was well appointed. The owner was very responsive and even got us in the house a little early which was nice since we got to town early. I have no complaints at all. 'This place is absolutely beautiful With amazing Views it is right on the water The last house on the road.. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious, had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and responded immediately with any questions. I highly recommend staying here. We found this place last minute. When our other arrangements fell through and im so happy they did because this was closer and just perfect for our family.'

'The property was perfect for our weekend family getaway. There was plenty of room for us, our adult children, and their spouses. The very large TV screen and dart board downstairs provided hours of entertainment. The location was convenient for those arriving from Alexandria VA, Baltimore MD, and Gaithersburg MD. We visited the U.S. National Oyster Festival in St. Mary's County. We would love to come back again.'

'The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out.'

'Wonderful view from the livingroom & the master bedroom. Clean house with hardwood floors. Great time for kids crabbing & a great place to fish -- one slot red, a few puppy drums, croakers, and even a couple of cownose rays that gave maybe the best fight I've had fishing!
