'1 of the best accommodation i stayed in genting. Communication was prompt via whatsapp. Location wise about 20 min walk to sky avenue. Very clean, comfy with nice view. Minor negatives : leaky shower head and lack place to hang towels. Filtered drinking water provided. Got microwave and washer drier which we never use. Fast wifi.'

'Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless'

'There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes'

However, there are several areas that could be improved. First, the parking instructions were unclear, and as first-time...

'Murah dan best. Cuma owner tak bersihkan lantai tandas la adoi.. yang lain okay je untuk stay secara tiba2'

'No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes'

'the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind.'
