'Having a car, this was very convenient to stay outside of the walls in order to avoid tight streets and traffic but still close enough to walk to (about 8 minutes). Parking on the street was free which was great as long as you can find a spot. 'The apartment is well laid out and is very comfortable. Parking is right outside the apartment door (with a pass from Giulio) Lecce is a baroque city and a great location for day trips around the Salento. We had a fabulous time. Giulio was terrific. We loved the apartment and we loved the location. Two blocks (5 minutes) from the old city so close enough to walk and explore the old city at any time but far enough away to be quiet and restful at night. We highly recommend the apartment.'

'The property is not as advertised! We were booked for a 3 night stay and advised property manager that we were going to check out after 2 hours. The property is advertised as 2 bedroom, but its actually a 1 bedroom with a sitting area. Its not well stocked for a stay i.e. one wine glass. The kitchen is a fridge and a hot plate. The toilet handle is broken and U have to fiddle with it to make it flush. We asked for 1 night back and we were told no, only to see it advertised again the next day...

'My wife and I are retirees. We stayed in the Station House for a week in April 2023. This is a small, comfortable, well equipped apartment. It’s very close to the train station which we liked as we didn’t have a car but far enough away that the sounds of the station aren’t noticeable. The nearest dining is in the city center, a 10 to 15 minute walk. While there are very small stores 200 to 300 meters away the nearest supermercato was 1.3 km. 'De woning ligt op een mooie locatie, niet ver van het centrum van Lecce. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en kregen voldoende uitleg. Aangezien de woning geschikt is voor 6 personen zou het wel prettig zijn dat er een fatsoenlijk koffiezetapparaat is, geschikt voor meerdere koppen koffie. De deuren van toiletten en slaapkamers kan men niet goed sluiten.'
