Spring Break 2025

This house was perfect size for three families to enjoy a spring break vacation. The backyard was spectacular; exceeding the expectations. The house was clean and spacious. The communication with the property management was swift and positive. What a successful week! We already look forward to our return.

Girls getaway

Fun environment and comfortable🙂 All 10 of us ladies had plenty of room to relax. Pool was beautiful and hot tub was nice once they reset the timer on the jets. Would have been nice if the hot tub was hot the whole stay but we understood they only had one pump to heat one or the other and we paid extra to have the pool heated, because weather was in the low 70s. Therefore we had a hot tub for only a couple hours each day so they could heat the pool for us. Also the master bathroom shower water didn’t get hot like the other showers. Maybe it had to do with the faucet. Other than that we had a great stay! us

Amazing property

My friends and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. We had 9 people and all stayed there very comfortably. The pool and jacuzzi were great and well maintained. If we were to travel to Vegas again we would certainly return to this location. We had a few questions for the property managers and they were very responsive

Beautiful Home

Great location from the Vegas strip, short drive to & from. Nice quiet neighborhood. Home is spacious and lovely (just as pictured) We really enjoyed our stay. Host was super communicative & very helpful with any questions. Would recommend this house for any families/groups headed to Vegas!

Amazing House and Fantastic Hosts

The house was beautiful pleasant and comfortable. It was a perfect getaway for a week. Close enough to Vegas that it wasn’t inconvenient to drive to the convention center everyday. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions as they arose. I will stay here again during our next tradeshow.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall the place is very nice and enjoyable, however they don’t really add detailed pricing until 3 days before you arrive. For ex. You can only use the hot tub for certain hours, and when we arrived it didn’t even work the first night. The water in the showers don’t get very hot. These are more personal annoyances for me, like I said overall the place is very nice and the owners are very communicative and fix any issues as soon as possible.

A fantastic stay

I recently stayed at this Vrbo rental and had a fantastic experience. The property was impeccably clean, situated in a delightful location, and the host was excellent at communication. I would gladly choose this rental again for future stays.

Family trip

9 family members went to Henderson for the lacrosse tournament. This house was a perfect fit, enough beds, activities and game room was used by all. There was ample communal space for us to enjoy family time. And close to the lacrosse park.

Our wedding elopement time

We needed a place to house us all for our elopement, that has excellent bathrooms and showers for getting ready. And this location was perfect for us. We all felt very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was clean and very well put together. The pool was gorgeous. Plenty of pool towels and very comfortable beds. Far enough away from the strip to have peaceful nights and close enough to get to where we need to go via Uber, taxi or Lyft. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great Family Getaway

This property was just as advertised. My family came to Vegas for a short 4th of July holiday getaway. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the property. The property management team was responsive and answered any questions or concerns literally within minutes. The only issue I would note is with the Tesla charging station. My niece had to utilize an app that the company suggested in order to find charging stations. Unfortunately the home charging station did not fit the model car she had. Consequently she went to a station suggested through the app. I guess the app provides numerous options within the neighborhood. She went to a gentleman's place that was listed as a verified charging site. When the gentleman saw my niece he refused her service and told her she could not use his charging station. You hate to blame anyone's motives on racism, but I have to call it how I see it. The man refused her service because she is African American. That of course put a damper on an otherwise incredible family trip. I only mention this to make future patrons aware that they may have to travel to other sites to charge their vehicle. This would be my only suggestions for the management company. Everything else was great and I highly suggest this property for anyone looking for a nice place for you and your family.

Annual NHRA Family Trip

So after researching many different vacation rental homes we came across this fabulous house and decided it was the one for our group. The location is in a peaceful relaxing area a short car ride from the bright lights and fun of the strip so you definitely get the best of both worlds! The house itself does not disappoint and lives up to every picture you see on it's listing. The inside is incredibly spacious, very well stocked with the usual item's one would expect to see in a furnished home. The kitchen is wonderful. The pool and hot tub are amazing! My 18 year old son practically lived at the pool table having a blast in the game room. I could go and on! If your thinking about staying at this beautiful house, I would say, just do it! You will love every moment you spend there. Lastly, I have to say that the top notch communication I experienced with the host's from the moment of booking, to our arrival, throughout our entire stay, and up to the last few moments before checking out was something absolutely remarkable! Everyone I spoke with was on it, getting right back to me, answering any and all questions, and being just incredibly kind and helpful... It was like talking to a friend each and every time. So get off the fence and BOOK THIS HOUSE! You will love it, I promise. Aloha! 🌺🤙🏼
