  • Il est préférable de profiter de l'excitation de Vegas avec modération. Cette maison de style ranch à aire ouverte avec un magnifique espace extérieur est parfaitement placée (4 miles à la tyrolienne à la Fremont Street Experience et à 8 miles des fontaines de Bellagio) pour vous permettre une bonne soirée et des journées de détente dans votre piscine privée. J'héberge Guesst depuis plus de 4 ans et je l'adore vraiment. Je vis juste en bas de la rue si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Sinon, je vous laisse profiter de tout ce que cette maison a à offrir.

    Faites-moi savoir si vous avez des questions… Je ne suis qu'à un bouton «envoyer». :-)

    PS. Si vous êtes un golfeur, le parcours de golf de Las Vegas 'Muni' est à moins de 1/2 mile away.

We had a wonderful staycation and our son and daughter in law got married on this trip, hooray! Doug was a great host, property was fantastic and pool / hot tub excellent! Location of property was great!We are all planning on a future stay!Thank you Doug,The Case family.

Family from different states came for my grandson’s wedding and this home was perfect for us. The home is beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for us all. Doug was there to greet us and show us around and he made sure that we had everything that we needed. My grandkids really enjoyed the backyard.

We had a fabulous stay here! The house is super clean and well stocked. The owner has thought of everything you might need and then some. We got to meet Doug and he is a very nice gentleman. He made it clear that he was always available if we needed anything. It is evident the house is loved and cared for. Not your typical VRBO! We can’t wait to return.

We had an outstanding stay and truly appreciated the clear, responsive communication from our host. The location couldn’t have been better—about 30 minutes to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and just 20 minutes to Sphere at The Venetian Resort. The pool, spa, and outdoor space were absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more relaxing. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Perfect location to be "in Las Vegas" while not being on the strip. So many great places to eat and a short inexpensive Lyft/Uber ride to town. Doug gave a personal welcome and made sure everything was all set for our stay. We had coffee every morning outside, swam in the pool after hiking and enjoyed the spa...not really a hot tub since the water temp wasn't too much warmer, but it all was perfect.

We planned this as my 60th birthday with our best friends and it couldn't have been better. The house is very clean and relaxing in the pool was great. Plenty of shade when it gets hot in Vegas. You don't have to worry about bringing any kitchen stuff because it has everything. Towels galore and the shower pressure is awesome. The beds are very comfortable as well. My best friend said this was the best Vbro he has ever stayed at!!!!

The property exactly as described and better. We couldn’t believe how comfortable the home and outdoor area felt. Everything we needed was provided to include LV suggested sites. The Host was always available and communicating was quick. I want to say a special thank you to our host for stepping up when we thought we left something special and sensitive to the heat outdoors while we were out site seeing. We will stay here again.

Beautiful stay off the strip

We wanted a place off the strip, this was perfect. the house is close enough to enjoy what Vegas has to offer but still give you some quite time.

Had a wonderful week at this lovely home. The host was very responsive and accomodated an early check-in for us. The home is spacious, spotless and fully stocked with everything we might need. The back yard is huge and perfect for hanging out relaxing and playing games. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this place.

Doug is an excellent host! He responded quickly to any needs in our group of four. We had very few needs because this house came with all the essentials and then some! We sure loved the hot tub app because we could turn the hot tub on as we drove back from our exploring Vegas, and we knew it'd be ready for us!

We traveled to Las Vegas for a family vacation, and this property was absolutely perfect for our group. We were traveling with a toddler, a child, and several adults, and the space was comfortable and spacious for everyone. Since my family loves to cook, the kitchen was especially well-equipped and made our stay even better. The location was ideal — about 15 minutes from the Strip and only 7 minutes from Fremont Street. Doug was an amazing host: incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again!
