pictures of inside are deceiving furniture is worn down holes in walls.Great location if your going to Vegas to party but if your going to chill its not a great location
Unit was not filthy but, not really clean either. I spent the first few hours sanitizing the unit and bedding before we felt comfortable staying there.
I like how roomy it was, how the bedrooms were apart, and how quiet and private the condo seemed despite the busy main street. I told everyone about it since I enjoyed it so much. :)
The property was perfect for us. It could use some TLC (holes in the wall, door handle issues), but it was super clean and advertised appropriately. It is right next to a busy road and itâs LOUD, so if quiet is important to you, this probably isnât the one. Really great property for the price!
Could not find the place due to the incorrect address on Vrbo email , contacted the owner for the right one, nice table but old / dumpy cabinets and furniture, kitchen faucet is loose and swivels at the base, apartment is located facing the main street so it is noisy due the single pane windows and one of them has a broken frame so it stays open, front door bottom gasket is partially missing that can allow pests to enter, also noticed that the air vents has bird feathers stuck in the grills, bathroom exhaust fans werenât working, one was unplugged and the other has a burnt out motor, I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed
Nice, previous person there left cigars all around the apartment. Some of the dishes were dirty. Other than that it wasnât anything but a good time. Quiet homey place to stay. Would stay again
No complaints about our stay. Just a little TLC would go a long way to boost ratings. The sound of traffic does take some getting used to but eventually you do grow numb to it.
Very loud due to main local street from early morning to even after mid night.
Basically no responses and replies from this owner for email and message, needed to call this owner to get any answers.
Was in town for a week to help my lady transition from AZ needed a quick place outside of an hotel to have a home feel. It provided just that. Initially some reviews may scare ppl off but we had no issues at all. The location is off of a busy street front and center. So that is something if youâre looking for silence. Itâs local to places and has parking available. I would rent again for sure.
needs some work done. toilet in master bathroom needs the plywood underneath toilet replaced-toilet rocks and can't be tightened. Internet does not have enough servers so at anytime you will be offline without warning which afffects the TV as well as WIFI. Some mold around baseboards in master bath and in living room. master bedroom door and jamb needs to be replaced--some one kicked it in. master bedroom mattress doesn't fit the bed--sheets ride up during the night .
The furniture had distressed marks, there was things left in kitchen that appered to be things people left, there was a big gap under main door and i was afraid some type of rodent would enter, the windows were old and seemed like they were going to faÄșl out and due to condition of windows it was very noisy especially at night. It was somewhere to stay but i didnt feel at home like other condos ive stayed in before. The place has potential but needs updated.
We arrived in the dark and absolutely could not locate this property in the poorly lit complex. Owner had ignored all our previous requests for check in information. We called VRBO, and Danna stayed on the phone with us for at least an hour until they could get in touch with the owner and we walked around the properties on Face Time until we got to the right door. Turns out he'd listed the condo number wrong.
After all that inconvenience, we finally entered. Pictures look great BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. The leather sofa has lots of rips and tears. The bathrooms had little bits of used soap bars. The toilet wobbled. Oh, and what did we find in the cleaning closet but a previous renter's Viagra pills--this is not a joke and we have photos to prove all this but will spare you a visual of what we encountered.
Worn out from our travel, we went to work defrosting the ice maker, hooked up the television, went out to get new batteries for the clock as well as bought tea towels, wash cloths, cleaning supplies, hangars, napkins, and sponges.
The traffic noise could only be controlled by going to the back bedroom and shutting the door.
Despite our numerous requests for compensation for this mess, the owner refused to even respond.
