To heat the Pool it's an additional fee at $80 a day for the heater is on the entirey of your stay, so you must pay the total number of days booked.
Please confirm 48 hours prior to your arrival if you need the pool/spa heated, so we can make arrangements for someone to turn on, please no last minute requests. Both will be heated at the same time.

*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by host, guests is not allowed to operate unless instructed too! Depending on the weather It will take a day or so to heat. The pool heater is controlled by a timer clock, if the clock turns off please contact the host.

Pool cleanings is not available on weekends, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced until the next cleaning day. Monday and Thursday is the regular cleaning days, no exceptions also there is no scheduled times. If there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay please notify us and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance, the weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors which can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

IMPORTANT: Green and white towels are only allowed at the pool!!!

Booking: Guest must provide a copy of their ID, to the host once booked to receive check in information. Guest must be 25 and over.

Fireplaces are non working, it's just part of the decor only.
