'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Big size studio one bedroom with sea view, the other not. Big surround balcony from the living room and bedroom. Bathroom dark and needs updating. Breakfast food was boring not much selection even the fruit selection was very poor and redundant nothing local which was the only thing I was able to eat as a vegetarian. Pool was not inviting nor was the beach unfortunately.'

'I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall.

'I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. 'The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area.
Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session.
