'Room was clean when we arrived. Had room service, none of our bottles for toiletries were full. Empty upon arrival, called the front desk, the gentleman brought us all brand new bottles, but seemed to get rather upset because my dog barked at him. Stayed for three days, room service didn’t bother to wipe down anything that was accessible and cleared of personal belongings. Breakfast was mediocre. But again, it’s hotel. Our second time staying, pet friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely stay...

'I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all...

'Iv'e stayed at this property several times in the past few months. Key issues for me were lack of shampoo and such, my air conditioner did not work. The staff are very friendly, however, more training is needed for the younger staff as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The days of good customer service seems like a thing of the past. No smiles or engagement.'

'My room was clean and comfortable. My room rate was above what was quoted due to an issue with my confirmation number not showing up. So I was hit with a higher rate, despite the hotel seeing my reservation. I was also disappointed in having to pay a parking fee. Other than that it's a nice hotel, good location.'

'We had a great stay at AutoCamp. The Airstream was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities around the property were excellent. One highlight was that we were able to borrow bicycles from the camp and ride around the nearby redwoods, which was a really enjoyable experience and a beautiful way to explore the area.
