'Overall room was great. Only issue is not really dog friendly- especially annoying with people constantly calling front desk on you to complain about your dogs barking in room. Will not be staying there again. '

'Laundry room is locked and broken with no intention of repairing it. Pet parents BEWARE there is broken glass all over the parking lot. Staff didn't empty the trash cans all day Sunday so trash was overflowing and on the ground.'

'The rooms were loud from the ambient noise from the street. It was difficult to sleep because of this. The property was adequate, but I’ve stayed at several properties in the Healdsburg area and this is significantly overpriced for what you get. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere are you can find better and lower cost rooms at several hotels in the area. '

'I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all...
