Incredible View from this 3-Suite Palisades Lux Condo Screened-Deck, Next2 Pool!

Treat your friends and family to this beautiful, well-furnished 1,600 square foot condo at the Palisades Condominiums. It is conveniently located along Highway HH by land and Mile Marker 14 by water. The condo is close to everything you need for a great getaway - a wide-variety of area attractions, golf courses, nightlife, restaurants, spas, and shopping!

The condo has 3 Suite Bedrooms and 3 Full bathrooms. The master suite features a King bed, a walk-out to the fully screened deck overlooking the lake, a large screen TV, and a luxurious bath with oversized tub and separate shower. The second suite bedroom offers a Queen bed and private Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo. The third bedroom offers Two Twin-sized beds with direct access to the third full bath off of the main living area. In addition, the main living area offers a sleeper sofa for 2 more... Altogether, the condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo and additional non-reserved parking spaces are located close by as well.

Boaters: Please inquire about boat slip availability

Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 25.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am unless otherwise arranged.

We had a great stay. We spent the majority of or time while at the condo taking in the view from the screened in balcony area overlooking the lake. It was a great place to enjoy a nice cocktail and appetizer hour before going to dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time.

Great views. Good location

The property was very nice. My only comment is how poorly the owners of the other properties treated us. They obviously do not like out-of-owners and made sure you knew it. Don’t think I’d stay there again. I like happy people when I go on vacation.

I enjoyed the stay. When we arrived some of the dishes were super dirty and there was a tear in one of the screens on the patio. We thought the check in process was smooth and the clean up process was easy. However, I would have liked to have someone to check us out due to the contract we signed. Great condo and area to stay at the lake. No problems during the stay.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in a great location. Has everything you need for a perfect week vacation. Great screened patio overlooking the main channel. The condo had a tv in every room but we never turned them on.Thanks for sharing your home with us. We would definitely book with you again.

Gorgeous & Very Clean!

We enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous top-floor 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo. Comfortably furnished large screen porch overlooking the lake with a view for miles. Condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated & very clean. Each bedroom has a TV. The nightlights in the baths were a thoughtful touch for our younger guest. The pool is located at the other end of the building — a very short walk. Location is so convenient being just a couple minutes away from restaurants & shopping. The host is a great communicator. We will definitely stay again!!

Exceptional place to Stay

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful to say the least, it's spacious, nicely decorated and in a great area. This was our second stay in this unit. I love the large master bedroom/bathroom and closet ! It was just my husband and I this time but next year we're bringing our kids and their spouses for a fall getaway !!
