« We stayed here with a big group and there was plenty of room for everybody. Located on the river, a boat ramp is close by, there are many springs to visit, and not a bad drive to the ocean. We would stay there again »

« This is the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided amenities, games and toys for our kids making the stay even more memorable. We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Aside from some initial inconveniences caused by a recent storm, we were still able to make the best of our stay. Beautiful weekend! »

« The host communicated everyday and was willing to solve any issues we might have had. Located close to Gainesville (15 minutes). A few good restaurants nearby especially Watershed. Not a kid environment at night but food was good. If you want to sleep more than 6-7, bring an air mattress. John »

« Very cool, private setting with friendly goats. The only thing I would suggest is to fill the fish tank in the one bedroom as the noise from the filter is constant. Great place to stay if you visiting Ginnie Springs. Would def stay here in the future. »

« We have been staying in vrbo homes for many years and this one is our favorite one! We loved the house and the amazing property setting on the Suwannee River. It’s a rural setting, far away from congestion. I’m so grateful we found this home. We each had our own bedroom and the home was so spacious and the ice maker was such a bonus! Can’t wait to go back! »

« The cottage was everything that we wanted and needed. It is out in the country but close enough to stores if we wanted to go out. Everything is so quiet there. You could hear no traffic or neighbors. It was very peaceful. »

« Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies! »
