A private gate welcomes you into the lovely center courtyard with a stunning saltwater pool and integrated waterfall spa. The water features, red tile roof, juniper trees and hibiscus blooms will make you feel like you're relaxing at a Tuscan villa. Grill dinner on the built-in BBQ with bar seating for 4. Outdoor dining table for 6. The covered back patio is extensive and looks out to the golf course. It has another dining table for 4, double sun lounger, gas firepit and peaceful waterfalls.

The open concept floorplan with over 3800 square feet provides plenty of space to kick back and relax with your group. The great room has comfortable seating, a wet bar, fireplace and flatscreen TV. The dining room has seating for 8. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, granite countertops and high end appliances. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and full bath with combo tub/shower directly across the hall. There is an additional half bath.
