I wish I would’ve read all of the reviews before I booked it. I agree with all of the negative reviews. The place was not clean. There was black mold in all of the showers. You could not walk around on the floors without getting your feet or your socks, dirty. The place was not vacuumed. There were numerous things within the house that were broken. The dishwasher did not work. It flooded all over the kitchen floor, the Dryer made large noises and said that the vet was blocked, the soap dispenser in the kitchen sink was never hooked up to anything, and the coffee machine needed descaling. I reported this to the owner. He did have a handyman come out the day before we left. The handyman stated that all of the concerns that I had have been mentioned before, and they have not been addressed. In addition, there was extreme poor communication between the house owner and me.He never stated that there was a charge for heating the pool or the spa. In addition, he said that there was no charge for a dog and then he wanted to charge me 200. I had a copy and paste the written statement that he had that there was no charge for a dog. I feel that the owner needs to take all of our concerns to heart and fix all of the issues that are going on with the house. The kitchen was poorly stocked. You don’t even have eight forks.I just want to make everyone aware of the concerns that I have and I do have pictures to document all of it.
