'uitstekend personeel, zeer rustig gelegen hotel, alles goed onderhouden; minpunten waren de onvoldoende verlichting in de kamer en het ontbreken van wifi in de kamer'

'Leuk karakteristiek hotel. Zonder navigatie heel moeilijk te vinden. Toegang alleen via heel nauwe straatjes met krappe bochten. Komend vanaf Calle Iglesias links afslaan bij bordje "Hotel Rural" (La raya wordt niet genoemd). Na de brug te zijn gepasseerd is er een afslag vna 270 graden naar rechts met wegwijzer naar "La Raya". Daar eerst doorrijden tot een pleintje om te draaien (de bocht is anders niet te nemen)'

'Excellent location,close to the shops,bus and tram stop and main bus station is 10 min by bus. Property itself very clean,all the rooms,kitchen,bathroom got all the amenities what you need. During the night very quiet, even you are next to the road,where buses and cars driving 24/7. Reception very friendly and always ready to help, when you need some assistance I was very happy with my stay and probably will be back in the future '

'Somewhat frustrating start with our initial room not having a working stove or tv remote and somewhat unused bath with dark water. The reception staff were very helpful and changed the room quickly, to a much better room. Lady on reception was helpful with booking tours around the island and guiding us on shops and areas of interest. Generally good but the local area seems remote with only a local shop and pharmacy within walking distance. Hiring a car mandatory in my view. '
