'First we had a room at the street side. The window did not close well and we did not sleep because of the noise. We asked and got another room which was very nice of the staff! 'Second time staying here visiting from Canada, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. 'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room.
