Palma Suites is a modern building featuring a total of 8 fully equipped units designed for comfort and convenience. The property includes 6 one-bedroom suites and 2 two-bedroom suites, offering a total of 10 king-size beds and 8 sofa beds/futons.



The Space:

Each suite features a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, Smart TV, high-speed internet (200 Mbps), and a workspace, ideal for remote work or extended stays.



Located in the heart of La Paz, just steps from the city’s best cafés and restaurants, Palma Suites offers the perfect combination of location, privacy, and hotel-style service. It’s ideal for large groups, families, or friends looking to experience the vibrant culture and coastal beauty of La Paz with all the comfort of home.



Guest Access:

Guests at Palma Suites have access to all shared areas and amenities within the property, including a refreshing community pool, a secure gated parking area for up to six regular-size vehicles, and outdoor patio spaces ideal for relaxing or socializing. Housekeeping service upon request keeps each suite fresh, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Beach gear, such as chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler, is available upon request with a valid ID and refundable deposit. Concierge assistance is also available for local recommendations, tours, and transportation.



Housekeeping: for stays of 4 nights or longer, we offer one complimentary light housekeeping service (hotel-style). If you would like to schedule it, please let us know at least one day in advance. Service is available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Additional housekeeping services are available for $25 USD (or $400 MXN) per service.

Guests can walk to the Malecón for sunset views, visit the Cathedral, explore art galleries, or enjoy live music and local markets. The area is safe, walkable, and full of character, making it ideal for discovering La Paz at your own pace.



Nearby, you’ll find some of the city’s best cafés and restaurants such as Doce Cuarenta, Café Gratitud, Paradiso, Mei Mei, and Made Pizza. For a complete Baja experience, guests can visit beaches like Balandra and Tecolote or take day trips to Todos Santos and El Triunfo, both rich in history and charm.

Palma Suites is ideally located for exploring La Paz on foot, with cafés, restaurants, and the Malecón just a short walk away. For longer trips, guests can use Uber, Didi, or the local app InDriver, or rent a car to visit nearby beaches and attractions at their own pace.



The property offers gated parking for up to six regular-size vehicles and one additional space outside. Guests are kindly asked to inform us in advance how many cars will be arriving to ensure availability. Please take into account vehicle size and park only in the designated spaces to allow easy access for everyone.

Important Information Before Booking



Palma Suites is located in the heart of Downtown La Paz, just one block from the Cathedral and two blocks from the Malecón. The area is lively, walkable, and close to the best cafés, restaurants, and attractions in the city.



Please note that events, gatherings, or parties are not permitted unless authorized in advance and coordinated through Nautilus Baja Properties with approved vendors. This ensures a respectful environment for all guests and compliance with local regulations.



The property consists of eight independent suites that share common areas such as the pool and parking. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours and community rules to maintain a pleasant experience for everyone.



LAST BUT NOT LEAST...

As part of the check-in process, a security deposit hold is required upon arrival at the property using a bank terminal. This works similarly to the authorization hold used by hotels at check-in and check-out.

The security deposit is mandatory in order to complete the check-in process and is held as a security measure for the protection of both our guests and the property. The amount depends on the property and will be either $1,000 USD / $20,000 MXN or $500 USD / $10,000 MXN.

Please rest assured that this is only a temporary hold and is not an actual charge unless there is a need to cover any damages or other applicable charges.
