Not worth the stay
Poor experience look elsewhere.
We left a full day early we were that disappointed.
Unable to contact you prior to check-in despite multiple phone calls and voice messages left with no return phone call.
The property address is listed as one thing and yet is not marked. You enter at a spot that is not the address. There is no mention of this in the check-in instructions.
Check-in directions indicates speaking with a security guard who was not initially available and we were assisted by the neighboring realty business.
Without speaking Spanish, this self check-in would not have been possible in our experience.
The property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Long hairs were found on the couch and in the beds along with the shower. There were several odd odors in the kitchen and bedrooms.
Security was subpar. The front gate was left unlocked and anyone could walk through at anytime. Security was often not around in our entering and leaving the property.
Very poor security precautions.
The photos indicate a lookout over the pool. This was not the case and instead looked over construction ruble.
