"The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to think along with me or take ownership of the problem — I had to keep pushing to get my booking reconfirmed. For a property of this standard, I’d expect the service to match the surroundings. The hardware is five-star; the guest support in this instance wasn’t. Worth staying for the facilities, but do double-check your reservation beforehand."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, so there is something for everyone. It was a great way to start each day. A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to help us get connecting rooms so we could stay close to our children. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He made a real difference to our stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the pool area. Several of the sun umbrellas were damaged, and unfortunately, the cabanas were broken and could not be used properly. Repairing or replacing them would make the pool area even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. We would happily stay here again."

"Vanwege overgang van barcelo naar minor waren er wat veranderingen. Ontbijt was minder uitgebreid en er werd geen cappuccino meer geserveerd bij het ontbijt. Wel gewone koffie welke van zeer slechte kwaliteit was. "
