"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean and offers excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate us in every possible way. Special thanks to the two doormen, Enoc and Raja, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They greeted us with a warm smile every day and took the time for a nice chat. Enoc even recognized us from our first stay, which was a lovely surprise! Both of them made us feel truly welcome and provided outstanding service."

Very kind staff. 3 Very good location, sea view on palm jumeirah. 4 Luggage help to and from room. 5 Taxi’s in front of the hotel 24/7. 6 14 restaurants 7 free acces to beach and spa pool What could be better: 1 phone line was noisy, could not hear clearly 2 no bath soap for the bath, they give us shampoo for the bath. Showergel was very thin/ watery. 3 the tile grout in the shower was not looking clean 4 long waiting for warm water in the evening. 5 Bluetooth speaker isn’t working for the bathroom speakers. 6 light dimmer was not working.
