'Go here when you're looking for peace and quiet or a romantic hide away... It's not too far from down town Ubud (shuttle service) but not around the corner either. Hotel offers guided morning tours through the rice fields, fun. As there is only a limited amount of rooms, you feel as if you're the only guests. Lovely pool area, beautiful gardens and views, very service oriented staff, but most of all.... amazing food. The hotel has a raw food menu for people who really want to go healthy.'

'I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful gem just outside of Ubud City Center. The accommodations are lovely and it is very quiet as the villa is backed by rice fields. The staff is exceptional! Breakfast included was cooked to order and served at your room. There are several very good eateries within walking distance. It's about 45 minutes to walk into the city center if you want to visit the palace and art market. The villa staff arranged a very nice tour for me to several UNESCO sites. I...

'Uma Galih Ubud Villa is wonderful. The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool. Owner/Manager Mr WIsnu and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reasonably priced breakfasts (ordered a day in advance), both western or Balinese, were delicious. I especially appreciated the availability of ride services throughout the island...
