The villa Parkblick built in the spa style is characterized by its beautiful location between the spacious Lindenpark and the popular Kühlungsborner Stadtwald. In a few minutes you reached the wide Baltic Sea beach and the beach road with its many shops and restaurants. Even the marina with its lively promenade is just a stone's throw away.

On the first floor is the Lindenpark-oriented 3-room apartment (53 m²) for up to 4 people. From the spacious balcony you have a wonderful view over the Linden Park. The central and beachfront location is an ideal starting point for numerous activities and excursions during your holiday in Kühlungsborn. Whether family, beach or active holiday, Kühlungsborn is the perfect holiday destination.

In the spacious living room you will find a new leather sofa bed with express bed function (with mattress), which offers the possibility of an additional bed for a third and fourth person. A 55-inch UHD TV, Blu-ray player (and plenty of up-to-date Blu-ray discs), a stereo and free Wi-Fi provide all the comforts of home.

From the spacious dining room with integrated kitchen you have access to the large, furnished, covered balcony, which offers a magnificent view over the Linden Park. In the dining area you have another TV and a high chair available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. It also has space for an additional baby cot. Two wardrobes provide storage space for your clothes.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, 4-ring hob, oven, coffee maker and plenty of dishes.

The modern bathroom with shower also invites you to feel good. A hair dryer is available.
