Vakantie en citytrip naar Koreatown

We werden goed verwelkomd is een leuk en klein hotel midden in Honolulu, letterlijk 1 minuut van het strand en allerlei eetgelegenheden.. dus centraler kun je niet zijn .. personeel was en is echt top. Lieve en meedenkende mensen. Je kunt wel zien dat de accommodatie vrij verouderd is en best gehorig. Je hoort letterlijk alles van de straat en de loeiende airconditionings. Wij hadden een kamer waar de gordijnen van de rail vielen toen we deze open wilde doen.. badkamer denk ik toch iets te klein vergeleken met de rest van de kamer.. Een prima accommodatie verder voor 1 of 2 nachten ..

Overall the room was clean and good enough for a few nights. But at first we searched for the bed, it was in the closet, by this the room was getting quite small. Oke for us because we would only sleep over here but a small minor. The room has carpet, because of hygiene we mostly dont like that. There were also no windows to open so it became smelly. We were at the end of the hallway so we were able to open the front door at some times. It is inportant to know the hotel is kinda above a nightclub, most evenings we woke up around 3/4am by some shouting drunk people downstairs. Not much later, around 5/6 you are woken up by the citycleaning. Also, you can not park your car at the hotel, there is free parking at the Ala Wei boulevard but these are the only free spots in Waikiki town so you have to ride the whole boulevard maybe two times to find a parking spot (one way direction). The positive thing is that the hotel is at a good walking distance to the waikiki beach. Across the road is a supermarket called Spitfire where you can have a cheap meal. Actually the best and cheapest meals we had in Waikiki. This hotel is fine for just a few nights if you dont mind the negative points of above and if you are really there for the city. Dont come over here for rest.
