« The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice.
It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons.
The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution...
